European shoe sizing is used.

Please be aware that some shoe brands use Brazilian measurements which are different to European measurements.

For example our EU 42 is equivalent to a Brazil 40, US/AUS 10, UK 7.5

MamaOm shoe sizes are based on the measurement of the inside of the shoe from toe to heel.

Please note, if you wish to have more wriggle room at the end of your longest toe, make sure you choose the correct size to accommodate this.
More importantly, please measure the length of the longest foot and using this measurement select the appropriate Eu size for MamaOm shoes. Buyers should measure their foot from toe to heel. When measuring feet for shoe size, measure to the longest toe. The longest is not always the big toe. If you prefer extra length past the toe choose the size according to your preference.
The best way to measure your foot is to stand on a piece of A4 paper placed against a wall. Place the heel of your longest foot against the wall. Stand straight with your foot placed flat on the paper. Draw a line across the top of the longest toe. Use either a ruler or tape measure to measure the length of the foot in centimetres. For most people, the larger foot is the opposite from the hand they write with.
Width : There is no standard width system used by shoe manufacturers.
All MamaOm insoles are based on our own pattern with a width similar to a size D wide fit which gives you good room in the toe box. The toe cover is designed so that you can increase or decrease the width.
We do understand the difficulty in ordering on-line and hope that this information helps you to choose the correct size.  We will accept returns if the shoe size is incorrect, and MamaOm will add the cost of return postage to your refund.
