We use Australia Post for shipping within Australia.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email/mobile text with a tracking number when your order is on its way. You can use the Australia Post website to enter the number and track your parcel. Your parcel will usually be with you within 5-10 business days after we dispatch the email with your tracking number. However, due to anticipated COVID-19 delays, if your order doesn’t arrive within 10 business days please contact us via email with your order number.
For Australian customers, your parcel does not require a signature to be delivered. If you have a free MyPost account with Australia Post you can ask to have your parcel left in a safe place or get it redirected to a new location – refer to the Australia Post website for delivery options.
If no-one is available at your delivery address to accept your parcel, you may receive an Australia Post card informing you that the parcel has been redirected to an Australia Post office near you. If you have an Australia Post online account you can also use their Parcel Leave service which gives your permission for the parcel to be left for you even if you are not there to receive it.

We hope you love wearing our leather shoes which have been especially designed to help with bunions. However, we understand that it is not always easy buying shoes on-line. For any returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your decision and provide us with the bank account details for refund of postage costs which is done in a separate transaction.
Please return your shoes unused, in as-new condition in the original packaging. Postage costs for returns will be refunded in a separate transaction once shoes are returned and refunded through our Shopify platform.
